The Integration Subscription Fee will pay for Your annual subscription to an Integration as defined in your Order. Unless otherwise stated in an Order or SOW, Your Integration will work across all DoubleDutch Apps and all Events and have the same termination date as your Platform subscription.
DoubleDutch may optionally include any of the following in the updates for an annual Integration subscription. If your Integration needs an update, please check with your account manager to verify if it can be included as a subscription update or if it will require a Change Fee:
- Re-mapping field because the field previously used is no longer available or a new field within the same endpoint has been added by the vendor which did not previously exist
- Updating an integration to use the latest vendor API version in the event that the existing API version is retired and the API field mapping is not changed (only pertains to Standard and Select)
- Premium integration API version updates or migrations from SOAP -> REST will only be supported under Change Fee Request process
- Includes updating API endpoints to support the new API version, supporting the latest field mapping in the event that field names change (for 3 fields or less per endpoint), supporting industry standard authentication updates to API endpoints
